Responsibilities:

• Assist in the brewing process, from raw ingredients to final product.
• Collaborate with our brewing and production teams on daily operations.
• Conduct quality control tests and assist in maintaining brewing equipment.
• Participate in the development and creation of new beer recipes.
• Support marketing and events teams during promotional activities.
• Engage with customers and represent Brewdog at events.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Passion for craft beer and a desire to learn about the brewing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in brewing or related field is a plus but not required.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of brewing processes and equipment.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
