Job Roles:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Project Assistance: Support the planning and execution of college projects and initiatives across various departments.
  • Student Engagement: Help facilitate student events, workshops, and activities, promoting a vibrant campus community.
  • Marketing and Communications: Assist in developing marketing materials, managing social media content, and promoting college events.
  • Research Support: Conduct research and analysis on educational programs and community needs to support decision-making.
  • Customer Service: Provide front-line support to students, staff, and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate services.

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Pursuing a degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or event coordination is beneficial.
